I've recently started testing live streaming on twitch. Sound is is good and video is up too!
Right now Twitch is my main platform for live streaming, but might take it to other sites later on.
Twitch is great because it will let you run your livestream regardless of copyright issue. It might mute some of the replay after the live is over but it will still be there!
